Welcoming apartment situated in a small hamlet of houses near the town of Montespertoli, approx. 30 km from Florence away. The house interiors are nicely furnished with modern-design pieces. Outside guests can enjoy use of a personal, furnished garden ideal for al-fresco dining and offering beautiful, panoramic views over the surrounding landscape. A nice pool to be shared with the other accommodations of the hamlet is 10 meter away.
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road.
