Property Description
Beautiful independent villa with private pool situated 3 km away from the charming, small, medieval town of Montecarlo, in Lucca surroundings. This villa was completely restored in 2010 and turned into a welcoming country house providing all comforts. The interiors are nicely and tastefully furnished. Outside, guests can enjoy use of a large, beautiful furnished garden and of a private pool.
The location allows easy access to most of the art cities of the region such as Lucca, Florence Pisa as well as to the Tuscan coastline (Versilia) with nice beaches, night-life and excellent restaurants.
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road.
Distances: Montecarlo 3 km away, Altopascio (general stores) 3 km, Collodi (renowned park dedicated to “Pinocchio”) 6 km away, Montecatini Terme 12 km, Lucca 20 km away, Pisa (airport) 40 km, Viareggio and the Versilia coastline (beaches) 52 km, Florence (airport) 65 km away.

Villa Marginone, 5 families, 17 individuals = Priceless experience! Plenty of opportunity to lounge by the pool or take day trips, convienently located with access to the sea and beaches, Florence & Museums, wine Country, etc. Dinner and wine tasting with friends until 2 in the morning most evenings. Awesome!

Very beautiful and comfortable bedrooms.
Quite comfortable the living and dining rooms. We were 21, 12 adults and 9 children, so the space wasn't really enough. But the inside space was compensated by the wonderful garden.
