For last-minute bookings (within 45 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 46 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Ein wundervoller Platz in einer wunderbaren Umgebung, dazu ein schöner, top gepflegter Garten, mit einem ebenso schönem Pool. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und haben uns herzlich empfangen. Ein perfekter Ort zum Ausruhen und entspannen.
Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet, alles was man brauchte, war da.
Einziger Minuspunkt: Das WLAN ist instabil und funktioniert nur in direkter Nähe des Haupthauses, im Garten, im Haus und auf der Terrasse funktioniert es gar nicht.

Everyone should be aware, that being the first guests in spring, it will be still cold in the house. That is quite normal, but we were not used to that thought. But anyway: We LOVED that warm fire in the evenig... .Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes
