Property Description

Nice independent house in Lucca area offering 2 charming connected apartments all of which carefully restored and tastefully furnished. This property is quietly situated on a large park (2000 square metres) with beautiful natural terraces and a small production of olive oil. The house is approx. 50 m away from the owners accommodation, an ancient villa dating back to the 17th century, once used as country residence of the diocesan curia. A large private area (lawn) with barbecue and a nice furnished terrace is available. The property also provides a beautiful pool situated amidst olive tree, to be shared with other 2 units (Oleandri 1 and 2 which are available on our programme).
