The outdoor spaces at Podere Terranuova are nothing short of spectacular, offering a seamless transition between the interior of the villa and the breathtaking Tuscan landscape that surrounds it. Expansive lawns dotted with olive trees and adorned with bronze animal sculptures invite leisurely strolls and moments of quiet contemplation, while 2 marble staircases connect the basement level to the ground floor, reinforcing the elegant relationship between the villa and its natural setting. The patio adjacent to the main house provides a shaded dining area and a comfortable lounge with panoramic views stretching across the hills, the tennis court, and the manicured garden. A dedicated barbecue area equipped with a wood-burning oven is also available outdoors, complemented by a nearby laundry room for added practicality.

The fenced swimming pool area is positioned in front of the main house and can be accessed either via the marble staircase or directly from the lawn through a wooden gate set within the fence. The pool is non-heated and rectangular in shape, featuring Roman steps and measuring 16 by 8.5 metres, with a depth ranging from 1.05 to 1.40 metres and a 20-centimetre beach entrance. Its Bisazza mosaic lining and chlorine filtration system ensure both beauty and hygiene, while the surrounding marble pool terrace is furnished with sunbeds, a gazebo, and a hot and cold-water shower. Olive trees and aromatic plants encircle the pool area, providing a natural sense of privacy and intimacy. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. Please be aware that photographs of the property were taken in spring, and therefore the flowering of plants and the colour of the garden grass may differ from what you observe upon arrival.

Unit Layout

Podere Terranuova accommodates a maximum of 12 guests across 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, distributed between the main house and the annex. The main house spans 3 levels and is entered through a grand hall featuring a central spiral staircase framed by an Azul Cielo marble backdrop. On the ground floor, a contemporary kitchen with a central island and French windows opens directly onto the patio, while a separate dining room also benefits from French windows. 2 double bedrooms on this level share a well-appointed bathroom with shower. The basement level offers an open-plan living area complete with a sofa, television, dining table, and a contemporary fireplace, with 2 sliding doors opening to the exterior. A bathroom with shower and a storage room complete this floor. On the first floor, a double bedroom features a divisible bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a whirlpool tub, while a second double bedroom includes a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with shower, double basin, and sauna.

The annex provides self-contained accommodation across 2 floors. On the ground floor, an open-plan living area combines a lounge, television, and kitchenette, served by a bathroom with shower. A French window leads out to a loggia with seating and a barbecue area with a wood-burning oven. On the first floor, a loft space contains 2 single beds alongside a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Please note that the annex loft is not divided into separate rooms. All fireplaces throughout the property are ornamental.

Podere Terranuova operates with a set of house rules and practical arrangements designed to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests. The acceptance of animals at the property must be previously authorised by the owner, and guests are required to communicate the number, size, and breed of their animals in advance of arrival. A tourism tax may be applicable depending on current local regulations.

The rental rate includes utilities covering electricity, water, gas for kitchen use and hot water, as well as weekly linen changes and both an initial and a final cleaning of the property. The stay is also covered by the Zer0Dep Guarantee, meaning guests are not required to pay a security deposit either on balance or upon arrival. This guarantee includes EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage to the property during the stay, up to a maximum of 1,500 euros and subject to the limitations provided by the policy.
