The outdoor spaces of Villa Il Colle di Moriano are nothing short of spectacular, offering a rich variety of environments in which to relax, dine, and enjoy the natural beauty of the Tuscan countryside. The garden of 2,000 sq m is a riot of multicoloured flowers, flowerbeds, bushes of Mediterranean herbs, cypresses, and olive trees typical of the Lucca area, all framed by lush perimeter hedges that create a sense of seclusion without compromising the panoramic views to the south. Various medicinal plants are scattered throughout the grounds, captivating guests with their fragrance, and numerous cosy set-up areas invite you to unwind in direct contact with nature. On the north side of the villa, a spacious shady portico communicates directly with the kitchen and serves as the setting for unforgettable al fresco meals. This covered outdoor dining area is complemented by a brick-built barbecue and a comfortable seating area overlooking the pool and the surrounding greenery. The non-heated swimming pool is the centrepiece of the garden, located at the back of the property just a few metres from the house and reached across the lawn. Rectangular in shape, it measures 6 x 12 m with a constant depth of 1.40 m and features Roman steps for easy access to the water. Lined in blue Sardinia PVC with a terracotta edge, the pool is equipped with salt purification. The wooden perimetral solarium surrounding the pool is fully equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas, making it the perfect spot to sip a cocktail or simply laze in the Tuscan sun. Please note that the pool is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October. Photographs of the property were taken in spring, so the blossoming of flowers and the colour of the garden grass may differ at the time of your arrival.

Villa Il Colle di Moriano is a two-floor property arranged across a ground floor, a mezzanine floor, and a second floor, offering a spacious and well-considered layout for up to 8 guests. The villa features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms distributed thoughtfully across its levels. On the ground floor, entering from the parking area, you are welcomed by an entrance hall that leads, on the left, to a TV room and then onwards to the dining room, which features a traditional Tuscan fireplace. The fully-equipped kitchen, with its characteristic shelves in Carrara marble, is also located on this floor and provides direct access to the portico. A bathroom with shower completes the ground floor. Ascending the first flight of stairs, you arrive at the mezzanine floor, where an elegant sitting room provides a refined intermediate living space. Continuing up to the second floor, you find a reading area with a small sofa, followed by the sleeping quarters. The 4 bedrooms consist of 2 twin bedrooms and 2 double bedrooms, all air-conditioned and overlooking the garden. The second floor is served by 2 bathrooms, one fitted with a shower and one with a bathtub.
