The most private area of the park, though no less panoramic, is home to the elegant swimming pool and the tennis court. The non-heated pool, situated approximately 30 meters from the houses and reached along a paved path through the gently sloping lawn, measures 7 x 15 meters with a constant depth of 1.40 meters. Accessible via 2 metal ladders, the pool features a stone edge finished with sand-colored mosaic tiles.
