There is also an open kitchen equipped with an oven, gas stove with 4 rings, toaster, kettle, freezer, and electric coffee machine, along with a dining table. The kitchen also provides access to the terrace. Additionally, there is a shower room with a bidet and toilet. The upper level, accessible via a spiral staircase, has a gallery pergola with sloping ceilings and a double bed, leading out to another exit pergola.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
