Check-in is available from 3 pm to 7 pm, and check-out is scheduled for 10 am. Pets are allowed at the property. Mosquito nets are installed to enhance your comfort during the evenings. Upon arrival, you will be required to provide a security deposit of 500 euros, which will be returned at the end of your stay minus any costs for damages incurred. The consumption of water, gas, electricity, final cleaning, and linen for rooms and bathrooms are included in the rental price, with linen changes provided weekly. Upon arrival, a tourist tax may be required according to the regulations of the local municipality.

The Piaggio Museum was inaugurated in March 2000 at the Piaggio Headquarters in Pontedera, in the tooling department of the ancient factory. Created to preserve the history of, and celebrate, one of the oldest Italian brands, it exhibits various models of vehicles released over the years. Alongside this is documentation from the Piaggio Historical Archive, which has sketches, drawings and advertising campaigns from the 1930s to the present day. Charting the brand's pre-war progress from aeronautical and rail production to the development of the Vespa to the rich variety of incredible motorcycles from over the decades.

Amedei is a luxury brand of chocolate that many have never heard of and, less still, are aware hails from Tuscany. Yet, it is a delicious chocolate brand and a part of the varied culinary landscape that has made the region so very famous among foodies the world over. It is pricy and fine and requires an attentive palate but has been labelled the best chocolate in the world and constantly wins prizes.

If you are serious about your food, discerning about your chocolate and have found a luxury villa in Pisa, be sure to plan to take a day trip and drive out to the factory, which is located close to La Rotta in Pontedera, a half hour from the city.

Payments And Cancellation Charges

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 45 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 45 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 46 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
