This is a 6-room villa spanning across 240 square meters on two levels. The spacious and bright villa has tasteful furnishings throughout. On the ground floor, there is a large living room with a veranda and a panoramic window featuring an open-hearth fireplace, which is solely for decoration purposes. The living room leads out to the garden and the veranda. Additionally, there is one double bedroom and one small room with a single bed (140 cm) on this level.
