- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Stunning villa very suitable for a mixed group as it is more like three suites on three floors, pool and pool area lovely, incredible views. The only slight negatives are, lack of bannister/hand rail on villa stairs and down to the pool. It needs to be more clear in the instructions about rubbish, I am still unsure if we got it right.

Prachtig huis, ruim en compleet + smaakvol ingericht. Unieke, rustige ligging op een berg met fantastisch uitzicht en heerlijk zwembad. Eigenaresse Elisa woont naast het huis en is leuk en behulpzaam. Wij huurden het hele huis voor 10 personen en bevelen het op die manier absoluut aan. In plaats van airconditioning zijn er ventilatoren, de slaapkamers boven werden (in juli) wel erg warm (rond 28 graden). Een auto is onmisbaar en de weg naar het huis toe is uitdagend.
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] Beautiful house, spacious and complete + tastefully decorated. Unique, quiet location on a mountain with fantastic views and lovely pool. Owner Elisa lives next to the house and is nice and helpful. We rented the whole house for 10 people and absolutely recommend it that way. Instead of air conditioning there are fans, the upstairs bedrooms did get very hot (around 28 degrees in July). A car is essential and the road to the house is challenging.Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes

It was a perfect vacation for ten people staying in San Tommaso. The Villa was great and the surrounding was out of this world. The pool was perfect. Thank you Lucia and Mom for making us this wonderful dinner. That made my day !!

The villa is beautiful and well furnished. Spacious and lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Swimming pool is amazing and the landscape is gorgeous. The closest supermarket has limited options, so better to drive to Lucca, that isn't far away. Access to the villa to go up and down the hill isn't the easiest, but manageable. Elisa is accessible to support and help, even not speaking good English. I'd recommend fumigating the villa often as during the summer we can find insects in the house. Lack of air conditioning compensated by ventilators in all bedrooms. All in all, very positive experience.
