Il Casale Di Quirina is a nice stone building with air conditioning, WiFi internet and shared pool. The villa / farmhouse / home has been designed with a total of five separate units. The property can sleep up to 18 guests comfortably. Conveniently located 580 m (1900 ft) from La Mucchia, Italy and only 7 km (4 mi) from Cortona. In nearby towns there are local shops where you can find fresh produce and other items, but if you need a larger shopping center there is one located only 2 km (5016 ft) from the property where you can purchase food and personal items.

The owners live in apartments number 1 and 3 which are not rented to clients, but are located in the same building.

Upon arrival you will be greeted by the owner or manager where you’ll find a nice clean well-maintained property with views of the mountains and the hills perfect for a peaceful vacation in Tuscany. For your pleasure you will find a pool where you can relax while enjoying a nice cold beverage after a hectic day of visiting museums. Also available outside are a playground, patio and barbecue grill. Each apartment has its own private living area with a kitchen with plenty of utensils, tableware and cutlery, a bedroom and bathroom. A lot of people traveling with friends prefer a multi-unit vacation rental where they can spend time together in the common areas, such as the pool or garden, but still have their own private living quarters.
