Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, Gas stove, 5 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Exit to the terrace. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 sofabed and 1 french bed (120 cm, length 190 cm), satellite TV. Studio. Bath/shower/bidet/WC. 2nd upper floor: with sloping ceilings, 1 large double bedroom with rooflight with hand-basin, separate WC and shower. Electric heating, air-conditioning. Natural stone floors, carpet. Terrace 15 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Facilities: washing machine, dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. The house was designed and furnished very personally by its owner, inspired by a stay on a yacht for several months.

However, if you’re looking for a bit of adventure and, perhaps, something a little bit different then we suggest heading to the Adventure Park Il Giardino Sospeso (Parco Avventura Il Giardino Sospeso) in the municipality of Riparbella. This “suspended garden” is a special adventure park made up of fixed and suspended paths set in the air between the trees of the forest in Riparbella.

These fixed and suspended paths and trails include Tibetan bridges, wooden walkways, climbing nets and wooden planks suspended on ropes on which you need to balance. There are several routes of various levels of difficulty so that there is something to offer for both children and adults. These routes include the four Baby Trails from 90 to 110cm in height and Child Trails from 110 to 140cm in height and the four Adult Routes, which are above 140cm in height. Additionally, these trails are also divided by length and by difficulty from the easiest routes (the routes marked green) to the medium difficulty routes (routes marked blue) to the medium high difficulty (marked violet) and, finally, to the high difficulty routes (marked red).

Montescudaio is a medieval town located in the Pisa province of Tuscany, Italy. The town has been in existence since the 11th century and is famous for its excellent red and white wines. The area is known as Val di Cecina, which means “shield maker” in Latin. During Roman rule, a large military presence was located on top of the hill where the village now sits.
