- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Casa perfetta, rispecchia le foto. La piscina viene pulita due volte al giorno e non ci sono commenti negativi da fare. A fine vacanza leggete bene il contratto e vedete cosa è compreso e cosa no (corrente, gas ecc) perchè il proprietario tende a farvi pagare anche le utenze che risultano comprese nel contratto. Con il supporto di EasyReserve siamo riusciti a risolvere.

[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] Perfect house, reflects the photos. The pool is cleaned twice a day and there are no negative comments to make. At the end of the holiday read the contract well and see what is included and what is not (electricity, gas, etc) because the owner tends to make you pay for the utilities that are included in the contract. With EasyReserve's support we managed to solve this.
