The villa is a few kilometres from the fraction of Fratta, where there is a baker, a small supermarket and butcher, newsagent and a take-away pizzeria. As well for 2 weeks during the month of June there is a ‘pasta food fair’ one of the most famous in the Valdichiana.
Camucia is 4km from the villa, where there are supermarkets, pharmacies, petrol stations, pizzeria, banks, ATM, train station.
