The ground floor features a room with a French bed measuring 160 cm, accompanied by an en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower, bidet, and toilet. This room also benefits from a direct exit to the garden. Please be aware that there is no internal connection between the ground floor and the upper levels of the house.

On the upper floor, you will find a versatile living and sleeping room furnished with 1 bed and 1 sofa bed, as well as a dining area with a dining table and access to a terrace. The open-plan kitchen on this floor is fully equipped for your convenience. A second bathroom, also featuring a shower, bidet, and toilet, is located on this level.

The second upper floor hosts 2 additional bedrooms: one is appointed with a French bed measuring 160 cm, while the other contains 3 beds. A third bathroom with a shower, bidet, and toilet completes this floor.
