The Villa is the result of the renovation of a barn dating from the 17th century and enjoys a splendid panoramic view of the surrounding hills.
Inside, the house can accommodate up to 7 people thanks to its 3 bedrooms.
Outside it is surrounded by a beautiful garden which houses a private swimming pool, reserved for the exclusive use of the guests of Villa Poggio al Pipi. A covered and equipped terrace is the ideal place to organize lunches and dinners outdoors.
The strategic position of the Villa is ideal for those who want to spend a stay immersed in nature and in total relaxation and peace, but it is also an excellent starting point for those who want to explore the beauties of the Tuscan region. In the surrounding area you can visit the splendid cities of San Gimignano, Volterra, Certaldo, the cities of Siena, Florence and Pisa and the whole territory of Chianti Classico.
