Villa Il Granducato is a typical and majestic Leopoldine villa and features the characteristic "Colombaia", which brings back the flavour of ancient times, when the "podere" was the cornerstone of the farming civilisation.
The villa is located in the heart of the cultivated Valdichiana countryside, which during the summer is coloured with a thousand shades. From the house you can enjoy a wonderful view that sweeps over the valley and offers unforgettable glimpses and sunsets. An ancient church, still consecrated today, is also part of the villa's property. The city of Arezzo, famous for the Joust of the Saracen and for the Antique Fair that once a month enlivens its alleys, is only 15 km away and offers every kind of service.
Villa Il Granducato has been recently and skilfully restored combining tradition and modernity. While retaining all the characteristics of the farmhouse, it has been furnished and equipped to ensure a luxury holiday, with air conditioning, Wi-Fi access, a wide kitchen equipped for large groups, TV with satellite system, veranda with dining room, kitchenette and changing rooms by the pool.
The villa is surrounded by a spacious park completely fenced and well kept, adorned with plants and flowers, where we find in front of the beautiful swimming pool with Roman staircase (size m. 8x14, depth m. 0.50-2.20), also a large and bright living room with glass windows equipped kitchen, dining area with tables and chairs and a dressing room with bathroom with shower.
The owner lives with his family in the house next to the villa and will be, however discreetly, a safe point of reference for any need.
