"Antico Convento" is a beautifully appointed vacation rental spanning approximately 400 square metres across 3 levels, accommodating a maximum of 18 guests and featuring 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. On the second upper floor, a living room with 1 double sofabed, satellite TV, and air conditioning provides a comfortable additional lounge space, with direct access to the terrace. This floor also includes 2 further rooms: one with 1 double sofabed and 1 double bed, a shower and WC, and air conditioning, and another with 1 double bed, a shower and WC, and air conditioning. A further shower and WC is available on this level as well. Wooden floors extend throughout the property, and the house benefits from a panoramic view.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Price Match
Groot sfeervol huis, prachtig en rustig gelegen in de heuvels nabij het Trassimenomeer. Geweldig uitzicht vanaf het terras en vanuit de slaapkamers. Vriendelijke ontvangst van eigenaar/beheerder die op hetzelfde terrein woont. Ruime keuken, apparatuur is wel wat verouderd: tijdens ons verblijf stopte de vaatwasser ermee. Geen elektrisch koffiezetapparaat aanwezig. Gelukkig konden we in een appartement ernaast de vaatwasser gebruiken. Kamers zijn ruim en schoon. Opgedekte bedden bij aankomst en handdoeken beschikbaar.
Parkeerplaats voor gasten is wat krap voor meerdere auto's, waardoor keren lastig was. Het was eigenlijk niet mogenlijk de Parkeerplaats achteruit uit te rijden.
Communicatie met eigenaar verliep wat moeizaam vanwege taalbarrière; Gelukkig hebben we Google Translate. Al met al zeer fijne dagen gehad.
