This detached villa is situated in a sunny and elevated position, in the heart of the countryside, just 5.5 km from the centre of Loro Ciuffenna and 35 km from the centre of Arezzo.

The property sits on a private 2-hectare plot that is fully fenced, making it the perfect retreat for those looking for peace and quiet. The terraced garden is a great place to relax and take in the stunning views, while the swimming pool (6 x 12 m, depth 140 cm) is perfect for cooling off on hot summer days. The pool is available seasonally from 01 May to 30 September and comes complete with an outdoor shower. If you're feeling active, there's also a tennis court on the property.

The villa itself is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including internet Wi-Fi. There's also a barbecue available for those who like to cook outdoors. Please note that heating is available from 15 October to 15 April, making it a great option for those looking for a cosy winter break. Interior Description

This 8-room villa is located on the 1st floor and spans 200 m2. The villa boasts comfortable and cosy furnishings and features a large living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace and a flat screen TV. The living/dining room opens up to the garden and loggia. There is another large living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace, a kitchen corner and a flat screen TV. This room also opens up to the loggia.

The villa has 4 double bedrooms, each with a fan, and 2 rooms, each with 2 beds. There is an open kitchen equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, and a freezer. Additionally, there are 2 showers/bidet/WC. The villa is heated with oil (extra).

On the lower ground floor, there is another shower/bidet/WC and terrace furniture. The villa offers a very beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. Additionally, there are facilities such as a washing machine, a hair dryer, and internet (WiFi). One pet/dog is allowed.

The house consists of 2 large apartments that communicate only from the outside, although they are adjacent. Each apartment features a large lounge/dining room, an open kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, and 1 shower/WC/bidet.
