TOURIST TAX
Tourist tax is applied in most Italian municipalities. This tax is by law to be fully paid by the holidaymakers. From April 1st the cost of the Lucca tourist tax will be €3.50 per night per person for the first 3 days of stay, for a maximum total of €10.50 per person.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Es hat uns ausgezeichnet gefallen: Das Haus bietet viel Platz, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, das Grundstück lädt zum Verweilen am Pool oder auf einem der schönen Sitzplätze ein, die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und diskret - jeder zusätzliche Wunsch oder Frage wurde sofort beantwortet. Einmal durften wir die Kochkünste von Paola genießen. Der Ausblick und die Ruhe sind phänomenal. Gerne kommen wir wieder einmal.

Groot en volledig uitgerust huis met veel ruimte voor 8 volwassenen. Fantastische ligging met prachtig uitzicht. Heerlijk zwembad. Ideaal voor uitstapjes naar Lucca, Pisa, Pistoia, Florence en plaatsjes aan de kust. Aardige eigenaren die een voortreffelijke Toscaans diner voor ons hebben bereidt.

Wir waren zum 2.Mal in diesem schönen Haus in der Toskana u. haben uns mit den Kindern u. Enkelkindern wieder sehr wohl gefühlt, alles ist sehr weitläufig, die Küche gut ausgestattet u. der Pool sehr angenehm. Auch zum Meer ist es nicht weit. Nächstes Jahr kommen wir wieder, dann mit unserem kleinen Hund Nala.

Die Anlage und das Haus sind sehr gepflegt, alles von Ankunft / Übergabe bis check out hat problemlos geklappt, sehr nette Vermieter, einziges Problem - wir können nicht italienisch, und die Vermieter weder deutsch noch englisch, aber mit Handy und Händen klappte alles einwandfrei! Jederzeit wieder eine lohnenswertes Objekt!
