The most important art cities of Tuscany, such as Lucca 18km, Pietrasanta 20km, Pisa 30km, Florence less than 100km, are within an easy reach.
Lovers of Tuscan food may taste the wonderful specialities in the characteristic restaurant and which lies only a few steps from the holiday home or participate at one of the many events which take place in the nearby villages where evenings/nights are filled with fine food, music and dancing activities. Finally, to stimulate also your spirit and not only your body you may attend a classic concert which takes place at the springs of Massaciuccoli or in the Roman church of Pieve a Elici., visit the famous opera festival, which is held every year in July and August.
