The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 45 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 45 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 46 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Casa Milena ist super, sehr sauberes Haus, gibt's alles was man braucht, eingezäunte Garten, ruhe, und viel Platz. Man kann viele Orte besuchen wie: Lucca, Viareggio, Pisa. Paolo ist sehr gute Gastgeber, Danke :)

Het huisje is iets gedateerd, maar was qua inrichting prima. We kregen alleen boven in de slaapkamers de warmte er niet uit en het huisje heeft geen airco. Het zwembad is van een goed formaat. Alleen mijn kinderen kregen uitslag van het water. We zijn een dag eerder vertrokken. De ligging van het huisje is boven op een berg. Heel rustig en midden in de natuur.
Voor winkels en restaurantjes ben je dus wel aangewezen op een auto.

Wir haben einen super Urlaub verbracht. Wir haben das Haus in einem sehr sauberen Zustand vorgefunden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sehr gut zu erreichen. Das Haus ist grosszügig geschnitten sodass wir uns auch bei Regen nicht eingeengt fühlten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und es war im April relativ kalt. Sehr zuvorkommender und freundlicher Vermieter: Paolo hat den Pool für unsere Jungs schon auf gemacht, was wirklich eine tolle Geste war. Auch unsere Hunde waren willkommen und wir hatten ein sicheres Gefühl, sie im eingezäunten Garten toben zu lassen. Das Haus selbst ist einfach eingerichtet. Geschirrtücher und Seife waren nicht da, aber das kann man ja mitbringen oder vor Ort besorgen. Der Kamin und der Grill haben wunderbar funktioniert. Auch die Gasheizung (Extrakosten beachten!) war super, es wurde schnell warm und gemütlich. Der Garten ist gepflegt. Die Nachbarn waren ziemlich laut, denn sie haben Ostern gefeiert, was ja total legitim ist. Sie sind nicht immer da. Im Sommer finden scheinbar früh morgens schon Holzarbeiten statt, haben wir dem Gästebuch entnommen. Also nichts für Langschläfer. Aber man will ja schließlich was unternehmen. Wir haben viele Orte in der Gegend besucht. Direkt vor Ort ist es sehr ländlich und nicht touristisch, man muss etwas fahren, um die Attraktionen zu besuchen. Die Toskana ist wunderschön.

Schöne und ruhige Unterkunft alles sehr sauber. Sehr freundliche Vermieter, ideal auch für Kinder mit dem großen Pool. Aussenbestuhlung und Sonnenliegen könnte erneuert werten sonst alles super.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich vom Besitzer bei der Anreise empfangen. Die Ausstattung reicht völlig aus für einen gemütlichen, erholsamen Urlaub. Wir durften eine sehr saubere Liegenschaft mit einem großen Auslauf für unseren Vierbeiner übernehmen. Die Wartung und die Reinigung des Pools wurde jeden zweiten Tag durch den Besitzer Paolo vorgenommen. Ansonsten ist man wirklich für sich. Den Nachbar bemerkt man gar nicht, da er meistens abwesend ist. Die Lage der Liegenschaft befindet sich etwas abseits der Straße, welche nach Massa und Cozzile führt. Also keine Lärmbelästigung durch Straßenverkehr etc. Am Abend jeweils eine wunderbare Geräuschkulisse von zirpenden Grillen. Für uns war es eine Oase der Erholung und jederzeit einen nochmaligen Urlaub wert. Leider ist der auf den Bildern zu erkennende Pizzaofen nicht mehr in Betrieb. Preis/Leistung für uns absolut in Ordnung.
