Comfortable house with private swimming pool situated in Tavarnelle Val di Pesa, halfway between Florence and Siena.
The house is completely independent and has its own swimming pool which is fenced and reserved for the use of guests along with the garden which is furnished for outdoor dining.
Near the house (roughly 15m) live the owners, they are very welcoming and they do not share in the use of the outdoor areas or swimming pool.
The location of the house is ideal for exploring with ease the best that Tuscany has to offer. The Chianti Classico wine making area - including the top producers of Chianti wines, is just a short distance away.
A great restaurant serving typical Tuscan cuisine lies just 1.5km from the rental.
Access to the house is via a stretch of dirt road (roughly 1.5km) in good condition

Eher modernes Haus mit schöner Einrichtung. Bäder wirken neu, Küche ist ausreichend, was man braucht ist vorhanden. Man fühlt sich rundum wohl. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Lage ist sehr idyllisch. Anreise über Kiesweg. Die Eigentümer sind sehr nett und absolut hilfsbereit mit tollen Tips.
