We stayed here for 7 nights in August and the villa is just spectacular. The three apartments catered beautifully for our group of 8 adults and 1 infant. The views from the property are absolutely stunning, the pool is just amazing and we had just the best time here.
Just be aware there is no wifi, and also it's best to arrive with your groceries for the week as the shopping options in Preggio are extremely limited.
Saying that though there is an excellent local Rosre available in Preggio and we all highly recommend it!
A beautiful, if somewhat remote villa. Really something special.

Siamo stati ospiti una settimana in questa casa e ci siamo trovati benissimo da tutti i punti di vista. Casa storica pulita e ben attrezzata. I proprietari che vivono vicino sono molto ospitali e disponibili. Piscina corrispondente alla descrizione. Consigliamo vivamente questa casa inserita in un contesto veramente suggestivo.

The owners who live close by are very hospitable and helpful. Swimming pool corresponding to the description. We highly recommend this house situated in a truly impressive area.

The villa is in a nice quiet area, we've truly enjoyed it.

nice location, secluded, close to Cortona, unpleasant smell from the sewer. Otherwise excellent villa.

The situation was great, calm.. the place to be to visit LUCQUES, PISA and the alpuanes montaign..
THe house is great for a family with kids, and the swimming pool, even small was very appreciate by us.
you need to have a good car to climb up the mountain to the house....GREAT
