The main entrance on the ground floor opens into a spacious and elegantly appointed living room with comfortable sofas, a large dining room featuring a table for 14 guests, a billiard room, and a fully equipped kitchen outfitted with a seven-burner stove, a double electric oven, a fridge with ice maker, and a dishwasher. The kitchen connects directly to the outdoor equipped patio. Also on the ground floor, 3 double bedrooms are available, each with its own ensuite bathroom, with 1 of these rooms featuring a freestanding jacuzzi tub. A service bathroom is also located on the ground floor. On the upper floor, 4 additional double bedrooms are arranged, each with a private bathroom with shower. The villa is fully air-conditioned and equipped with flat-screen satellite TV, a BBQ, and a laundry room. The rental price includes final cleaning, daily maid service, air conditioning, mid-week changes of bed linen, and a change of towels twice a week. City taxes may apply as an additional expense if requested. A refundable security deposit of 1500 euros is required upon arrival, to be paid in cash, and will be returned upon departure less any damages or unpaid fees.
