On the ground floor, you will find a cozy living and sleeping area complete with a comfortable double sofa bed, a dining table, and direct access to the garden. The fully equipped kitchen on this level includes a mini-oven, 4 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine, providing everything needed for self-catering convenience. A shower and WC are also located on the ground floor, offering 1 bathroom facility for guests accommodated on this level.

On the upper floor, 2 dedicated bedrooms provide a peaceful and private sleeping environment. The first bedroom features a French bed measuring 160 cm, while the second bedroom is furnished with a French bed measuring 140 cm. A separate WC is also available on this floor, complementing the overall bathroom provision of the property.

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
