"Laura" is a spacious vacation rental apartment spread across 3 distinct levels, thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 7 guests across 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the ground floor, you will find a double bedroom complete with an attached shower and WC, as well as a separate WC. The upper floor is home to a generous living and dining area featuring an open-hearth fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and a dining table, with direct access to a furnished terrace overlooking the surrounding countryside. This floor also houses a fully equipped open kitchen fitted with an oven, a gas stove, four gas rings, and a dishwasher. On the second upper floor, you will discover a second double bedroom with its own shower and WC, alongside an additional room furnished with 1 single bed measuring 80cm and 1 double bed, as well as an attached shower and WC. Natural stone floors run throughout the entire apartment, lending the space a warm and rustic character.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
