The garden of approximately 5,000 square meters unfolds across the plain, interwoven with green lawns, aromatic plants, fragrant rose gardens, and centuries-old trees of various species that naturally frame the outdoor living areas. A covered porch, positioned in front of the annex kitchen and overlooking the pool, is elegantly furnished for alfresco dining, complete with a table, chairs, and a barbecue nearby. Several dedicated relaxation corners invite guests to enjoy peaceful moments surrounded by nature. Within the owners' area, a chapel is available to be visited upon request. Please be aware that photographic services are typically carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns, and surrounding park may differ from what is visible upon arrival at different times of year. The panoramic swimming pool is situated on the same level as the villa, approximately 30 meters away, and is accessible via a lawn path or 2 staircases. Rectangular in shape, it measures 17 x 8 meters with a depth of 1.50 meters, is covered with PVC, and features 5 submerged steps for easy access along with a chlorine purification system. The pool is non-heated. The surrounding solarium, finished in travertine and lawn, is furnished with sun loungers, tables, sofas, armchairs, gazebos, and umbrellas. Both interior and exterior lighting allow for enjoyable evening use. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
