The non-heated pool is the centerpiece of the outdoor area, located approximately 10 meters from the main house on a slightly lower level, accessible via 4 steps from the porch. Rectangular in shape, it measures 19 x 9 meters with a depth ranging from 1.50 to 3 meters, and features PVC lining, chlorine purification, internal spotlights, a trampoline, and submerged steps. The surrounding terracotta solarium and lawn are equipped with sun loungers, a large gazebo, tables and chairs, 2 gazebos with double beds, a cold water shower, and a bar area with a refrigerator. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. Guests are kindly reminded that photo shoots of the property are typically carried out in spring, meaning the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns, and park may vary at the time of arrival.

Annex 2 on the ground floor provides 3 double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms with shower and direct external access, along with a covered porch. The first floor of Annex 2, reachable via a stone staircase or external steps from the parking area, houses an apartment featuring an open-space living room, a kitchenette, a dining area, 1 double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower.
