Villa Pedone is situated on a quiet and secluded hillside, surrounded by breathtaking views of olive groves and vineyards. Although you will feel far away from the city, Lucca is only 10 minutes away by car. It is an ideal location, as you will see on the map, the city of Lucca is positioned centrally in the Tuscan region. It is aprox. only 15 km from the sea side and 10km from the mountains. It is surrounded by all the main cities of Tuscany, which are easily reachable also by train or bus.
The property is in San Concordio di Moriano, a small village in the countryside, 7km from Lucca city center.
The villa is surrounded by ancient olive groves and vineyards. It is also an historic area where once all the noble families built their summer estates to escape the heat and show off their wealth. Beautiful independent villa with private pool situated 3 km away from the charming, small, medieval town of Montecarlo, in Lucca surroundings. This villa was completely restored in 2010 and turned into a welcoming country house providing all comforts. The interiors are nicely and tastefully furnished. Outside, guests can enjoy use of a large, beautiful furnished garden and of a private pool.
