Heating is available on a paid basis directly on the spot for stays falling between 20 March and 30 October, while it is included and available as standard from 31 October through 19 March. The neighbourhood is described as highly sensitive to noise, and guests are kindly expected to observe quietness and demonstrate good behaviour throughout their stay. The fully equipped open kitchen is adjacent to the living area and features an oven, 5 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. This floor includes 2 double bedrooms and 1 room with 2 beds, served by 2 shower rooms each fitted with a bidet and WC.

The upper floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, features its own living room with access to a balcony. The sleeping accommodation on this level consists of 1 double bedroom, 1 further double bedroom with 1 bed, and 1 additional room with 2 beds. The upper floor is served by 2 bathrooms, one fitted with a bath, bidet, and WC, and the other with a shower, bidet, and WC. It is important to note that there is no internal connecting door between the 2 floors, and the properties on each level function as separated units with no internal connecting door between them.
