The ground floor features a fully equipped Tuscan country kitchen, a spacious dining room with seating for 12 to 14 people, laundry facilities, and a convenient powder room. Ascending to the first floor, known as the noble floor, you discover a large formal living room alongside three luxurious bedroom suites. Two of these suites offer king beds with marble bathrooms equipped with both bathtubs and separate showers, while the third suite provides a king bed and a marble bathroom with shower. This level also includes a modern office or study furnished with a computer and internet access. The top floor houses a second large living room complete with a wide-screen satellite television and DVD player, two bedroom suites each featuring king beds and marble bathrooms with bathtubs and separate showers, an additional bedroom with two twin beds and a marble bathroom with bathtub and separate shower, and a charming library.
