Villa Igea 13 is a nice holiday home (550 sq m) with WiFi internet, private pool and air conditioning. The property can sleep up to 13 people comfortably in seven bedrooms with seven bathrooms. Villa Igea 13 is located 12 km (7 mi) from Querce, Italy and only 14 km (9 mi) from Lucca in the tourist area "Lucca And Surroundings".
The Experience
This outstanding villa (main house, sleeps sleeps 8), together with the adjacent farmhouse (sleeps 5), has recently been restored to a very high standard. Both houses date from the 16th century, retaining all their historic features as a true Tuscan idyll. Villa Igea is ideal for discerning groups, who appreciate high quality comfort in a secluded environment. The property is set in a quiet location, high in the hills northwest of Lucca, with spectacular views. The owners have kept two farmhouses on the same estate for their own use and for the use of the multilingual house manager, about 80 m from the villa but in no way do they encroach on your privacy. The property has its own olive grove, producing fine organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil under its own label.
Upon arrival you’ll find a beautiful clean well-maintained property with views of the hills ideal for a relaxing vacation in Tuscany. Regardless of how you spend your days - visiting museums, shopping, sightseeing or just driving in the countryside, when you arrive home you can unwind with your family and friends at the pool for a perfect ending to another day in Tuscany. Sharing a meal with friends and family is a big part of the Tuscan culture. Take advantage of the well-equipped kitchen to prepare meals using local produce while on your holiday. The best breakfast place of Levanto, "Pasticceria Bianchi" (historical pastry shop - cafeteria) place is just 30 seconds on foot away.
“Casa Garibaldi” is the ideal accommodation for a pleasant seaside holiday, as well as the perfect starting point for discovering the nearby Cinque Terre.

Located in one of the most exclusive and peaceful areas of Levanto, “Vallesanta - Làgore”, the apartment boasts a wonderful view of the sea, of Levanto and its gulf, up to “Punta Mesco”.
The apartment is new and elegantly furnished. It has a large open-space kitchen-living room, two double bedrooms, one bedroom with two single beds, and two bathrooms.
Air conditioning. Wi-Fi. Parking.
IMPORTANT: please note that, as it can be seen from the pictures, this home is on a hill, above the sea level.
Having a car is absolutely recommended.
We do not recommend this house for those arriving by train, and therefore on foot during their stay.
Keep in mind that on foot, you will have to walk 800 meters uphill to get to the apartment (15-minute uphill walk); the center of Levanto is 1.5 km from the house, the train station 2 km from the house (30 minutes on foot).
Please take this into consideration to avoid misunderstandings or complaints when you get here.
We are not able to provide taxi transfers; at night there are no taxis available in town.
Walking is not recommended if you are not used to! In summer during the day it could be too hot; at night the last part of the road is not lighted enough.

Having a car is definitely recommended.
If you come to Levanto by train, on foot you will have to walk 800 meters of an uphill road to arrive at the apartment (15 minutes).
The train station is 2,2 km away. Please consider this aspect, to avoid misunderstandings when you arrive here. Walking is not recommended if you are not used to! In summer it could be too hot; at night the road is not lighted enough.
