Water, gas, final cleaning, and linen for rooms and bathrooms are included in the rental price, with linen changes provided weekly. A security deposit is required upon arrival, which will be returned at the end of your stay minus the cost of any damages incurred. Upon arrival, a tourist tax may be required according to the regulations of the municipality. The house does not have outdoor car charging stations and does not have a facility suitable for charging with the home system, though information for the nearest charging stations will be provided if needed. Conveniently located 6 km (4 mi) from Lisciano Niccone, Italy in the tourist area "Cortona And Surroundings" and only 20 km (13 mi) from Cortona. Villa Rubino is a lovely stone building with private pool, WiFi internet and air conditioning. The property can sleep up to ten people comfortably in five bedrooms with three bathrooms.
The Villa is composed of two independent apartments but they are rented together.
