"Papavero" is a spacious 3-room vacation rental situated on the first floor, thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 4 guests across 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The living and dining area is a welcoming space featuring an open-hearth fireplace and a balcony that offers a lovely panoramic view of the surrounding countryside, making it an ideal setting for relaxation. The fully equipped kitchenette includes a dining table, 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, providing everything needed for comfortable self-catering. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the second bedroom features 2 separate beds that can be converted into a double room upon request at the time of booking. The single bathroom is fitted with a shower, a bidet, and a WC.

Guests who wish to have the second bedroom arranged with 2 separate beds converted into a double configuration are kindly asked to specify this requirement at the time of booking. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
