The Residence, consisting of two houses for a total of 15 apartments, is located a stone's throw from the small medieval stone village called Sughera, in the municipality of Montaione (FI) in a very central position with respect to the main tourist destinations and attractions of Tuscany.

- Fire wood is provided by the owner.
- The guests may not use the laundry. This is organized by the house keeper.
- The cleaning of the outside pool is done daily.
- 5 hours a day cleaning and laundry (except Sunday) are included in the rental price.
- The overseer is available 5 hours per day. He can also cook for the guests and remain longer if necessary. This service is available on request and on payment.
