It is a semi-detached house, the ground floor part is this holiday home and upstairs lives the owner's brother (with a completely separate entrance).
The private pool is 800 mt distant from the villa, and is located on the owners' property. It is better reachable by car.
The pool will be for the guests' exclusive use. In the pool area, you will also have access to a gazebo with dining table and refrigerator, as well as a bathroom with shower.
There are golf, padel courts and e-bike rental in the vicinity of the villa (about 2 km away).
Property Il Campanile is a nice stone building (120 sq m) that includes air conditioning, private pool and WiFi internet. The property can sleep up to six people comfortably in three bedrooms with two bathrooms. Casa Bella is a typical stone villa situated on the top of a hill and offers a 360° view of the green hills of the Senese countryside. To give you an idea of how exceptional the view from Casa Bella is, we can tell you that we have often organised painting courses here. Looking around you will find inspiration in the landscape, which in itself is something to frame. Families with children as well as groups of friends have enjoyed their holidays in this villa, fun for young and old is guaranteed. The warm colours of the walls and the simple furnishings make the house warm and welcoming.
Every day offers a new opportunity to enjoy something different: relax in the panoramic garden, take a refreshing dip in the swimming pool (8x4 meters, 1.20 meters deep, fenced – open from May 1st to September 30th), or engage in exciting matches of volleyball or tennis on the small multi-purpose sports ground (18x9 meters). You can also enjoy table tennis, billiards, or foosball for some friendly competition. Children can play in the children's playground next to the swimming pool. After dinner in the gazebo next to the pool you will be delighted by the sunsets, which offer different lights and colours every day.
You will certainly not be inclined to leave the house, but as there are beautiful towns and cities rich in art nearby, we would advise you not to miss the opportunity to visit them. Torrita di Siena, Montepulciano and Pienza are all within a maximum of 20 km, Siena is 50 km away.

La Rogaia is a country villa located in a secluded, hilly position close to the city of Arezzo, between the Val d'Ambra and the Valdichiana. Placed in an unspoilt environment, the villa is surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and lush woods. You reach La Rogaia through an unpaved road that winds through the woods, well-maintained and only a little steep, and once you are there you will be rewarded with true peace and tranquillity. The villa is furnished with taste and care by the owners who also produce an excellent organic extra virgin olive oil.
We recommend that you don't miss a visit to the nearby city of Arezzo, only 10 km away, to the works of art by Piero della Francesca, Giorgio Vasari, Cimabue, a walk along the narrow streets of the historic centre and a glass of wine enjoyed in the wonderful medieval setting of Piazza Grande.
