The rectangular pool measures 4 by 8 metres with a constant depth of 1.50 metres, and features a PVC lining with a stone edge, submerged steps for easy water access, chlorine purification, and internal lighting that also illuminates the surrounding area. A cold-water shower, an umbrella, small tables, and comfortable sunbeds complete this inviting poolside setting. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October. Description
Castello di Montegufoni is an exclusive location to spend wonderful holidays in the heart of Chianti Region.
Dating back to the 12th century and restored in the 17th century by the noble family of Acciaioli, the Castle has a magnificent tower built on the model of the one of Palazzo Vecchio in Florence.
Montegufoni Castle is part of a large estate comprising vineyards and olive trees and is surrounded by the beautiful Chianti landscape. In the castle there are 39 apartments and a large garden with a nice swimming pool: the perfect spot to relax and have fun with your family and friends.
The Chianti Region is one of the most renowned charming area in Italy for its cultural, historical and enogastronomic traditions. This luxurious Castle offers to our guests incredible holiday experiences (on request) such as cooking lessons, event location, guided tours and more!
Distances from the villa: the small village of Montagnana V.P. with food shops 1 km, Montespertoli with all kinds of shops approx. 5 km, Florence 20 km, Pisa approx. 70 km.
A bus stop with busses to Florence is only a few meters from the castle away. Bikes and scooters for rent are available in Montespertoli.
At guests’ disposal: large and very charming terraced park furnished with garden furniture and table tennis, beautiful Italian gardens (dating back to the 18th century) with lemon trees and swimming-pool (12 x 6 m - open from 01/04 to 31/10). Reception open from 9.00 to 12.30 and from 14.30 to 18.30. The outbuildings of the castle as well were restored and turned into charming apartments. The castle is run by the Posarelli family. A nice restaurant offering nice recipes of the local Chianti tradition is open every night (from April to October except on Tuesdays). Laundry with shared washing-machine (€ 4,- / per washing). WI-FI internet connection available in some apartment, in the reception and restaurant area.
Extra services: on request possibility of renting a baby bed (€ 50,- / per week) and an extra bed (€ 100,- / per week) both payable locally.

Description
Bettina is a beautiful stone building (215 sq m) with air conditioning, internet and private pool. The property can sleep up to ten people comfortably in four bedrooms with three bathrooms. Bettina is located 3 km (2 mi) from Vicopelago, Italy and only 7 km (4 mi) from Lucca.
A couple of meters of the access road to the property (between 2 stone walls) becomes very narrow and is, therefore, not suitable for large vehicles.
The house can be rented in 2 different versions:
- max number of persons version: 8+1 persons, i.e. the whole house with total 4 bedrooms is at the guests' disposal.
- max number of persons version: 6+1 persons, i.e. there are 3 bedrooms at the guests' disposal, this means that the 4th bedroom, on the lower floor, next to the oil press is NOT at the guests' disposal.
The rental price changes due to the number of people.

When you arrive you will be greeted by the owner or manager where you’ll find a nice clean well-maintained property with views of the hills ideal for a relaxing vacation in Tuscany. For your pleasure you will find a private pool where you can relax while enjoying a nice cold beverage after a busy day of shopping. Outdoors you will also find a patio and barbecue grill. There is a kitchen including coffee machine and microwave, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to ten people.
