The outdoor spaces of L'Oliveta are among its most captivating features, inviting you to fully immerse yourself in the beauty of the Tuscan landscape. The expansive private park and garden, exclusively reserved for guests and completely enclosed by fencing and natural hedges to ensure total privacy, extend across approximately 2,500 square metres of carefully maintained grounds. Large areas of lawn, ideal for children's play and leisurely relaxation, are complemented by brightly coloured flowering bushes, numerous olive trees, and tall shady trees that provide natural shelter from the summer sun. The impressive stone portico at the entrance to the house serves as a wonderful outdoor living space, furnished with a table, chairs, and a barbecue, making it the perfect setting for al fresco dining. Adjacent to the portico, a large terraced panoramic area offers an ideal spot for unwinding while taking in the sweeping views of the surrounding countryside. The non-heated swimming pool is situated in the most secluded corner of the property, set on a lower terrace approximately 15 metres from the house and reached by crossing the garden and descending a short flight of steps. The rectangular pool measures 4 by 8 metres with a constant depth of 1.50 metres, and features a PVC lining with a stone edge, submerged steps for easy water access, chlorine purification, and internal lighting that also illuminates the surrounding area. A cold-water shower, an umbrella, small tables, and comfortable sunbeds complete this inviting poolside setting. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October. Please note that photographs of the property were taken in spring, so the appearance of the garden, including the flowering plants and lawn colours, may differ at the time of your arrival.
