Here guests are welcomed into six charming units that reflect a rare and authentic form of hospitality: the Albergo diffuso—literally, a ‘scattered hotel’. Developed in Italy, this model revitalizes once-abandoned villages by blending comfort with local tradition in a truly immersive experience- in fact the "borgo" is a shared community between locals that live here permanently, and travelers that was born in the late 1980's.
Our collaboration with this placa was born to promote a network of local chefs, farmers, winemakers, guides, and hospitality professionals — all working together to create meaningful moments that we hope will make your stay one to remember.
My team (I am Tuscany) and I will take care of the accommodation side of your experience — from the moment you book to the day you arrive. Before your stay, we’ll coordinate with you to plan any extra services or personalized experiences, so everything is ready and tailored to your needs before you arrive.
Simona, the soul of this place, will welcome you into her world: her home, her kitchen, around her table, or walking through the vegetable garden — the orto. On the plate, a cuisine that arises spontaneously: the garden decides the menu, and we simply follow its lead.

A beautiful villa born from the skilful and refined renovation of an old manor house built at the end of the 19th century and situated in a panoramic position on a hilltop overlooking Lake Chiusi. Villa Poggio Falcone is located on the edge of interesting tourist itineraries dedicated to the discovery of the Etruscans and nature. The town of Chiusi is only 7 km away, while Castiglione del Lago and Lake Trasimeno are 13 km away.
A few tens of metres from the villa is the 'Sentiero della Bonifica' (Land Reclamation Path), an interesting pedestrian-cycling route that connects Arezzo to Chiusi along the Canale Maestro della Chiana. The route is quite flat and therefore suitable for walks and cycling for the whole family. For nature lovers and birdwatchers, on the other hand, there is the Montepulciano Oasis just 10 minutes away.
It won't be difficult to make families with children or groups of friends happy in such a beautiful location, combining interesting day trips with relaxing days around the large private swimming pool (size m. 6x12, depth m. 1.00-1.60 - open from 01st May to 30th September) with solarium equipped with sun beds, tables, chairs and umbrellas. Also next to the swimming pool there are Jacuzzi and Sauna (available during the whole year included in the rental price).
Villa Poggio Falcone is immersed in a vast, completely fenced, park of centuries-old trees, where your dogs can run freely. At the bottom of the valley is the railway line that connects Chiusi with central Italy. The well-kept furnishings, good interior finishes, air conditioning and a well-equipped kitchen guarantee a pleasant and relaxing holiday. Holiday home in a strategic position in Castellina in Chianti.
Casa Fioraie is the ideal place to spend a relaxing and fun holiday.
The house offers two bedrooms (with air conditioning) as well as a large outdoor area, perfect for organizing barbecues and enjoying the wonderful panoramic view of the surrounding hills. In the garden there is a beautiful private pool that allows guests to relax and cool off in the summer season.
The property, thanks to its spacious interiors and its large exteriors, guarantees a pleasure and safe stay. All the areas, including the swimming pool, are carefully sanitized and sterilized for the health and tranquility of guests.
The Chianti Classico area in which Casa Fioraie is located is one of the most renowned places in Italy and in the world for its characteristic villages, food and wine culture, splendid cities of art and breathtaking scenery.
You reach the house through a gravel road of about 500 meters in good condition but not suitable for particularly sporty vehicles.
At guests' disposal: 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, double sofa bed for 2 people, possibility of accommodating 4/6 people, panoramic private pool (10 x 4.5 meters, maximum depth: 1.60 meters, minimum depth: 1, 20 meters), barbecue, outdoor area equipped with sofas and table with chairs for outdoor dining, Wi-Fi internet connection.
