In front of the annex and overlooking the pool, a portico furnished with sofas and tables offers the perfect vantage point for enjoying an aperitif at sunset. The south-facing pool area lies in a panoramic position just a few steps from the annex and approximately 20 metres from the main villa, reached via a paved path bordered by flowering shrubs. The villa is accessible via an unpaved yet well-maintained road. Parking is available within the grounds. Small pets are welcome. All windows are fitted with mosquito nets.
