Please be aware that photographic services are typically carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns, and surrounding park may differ from what is visible upon arrival at different times of year. The panoramic swimming pool is situated on the same level as the villa, approximately 30 meters away, and is accessible via a lawn path or 2 staircases. Rectangular in shape, it measures 17 x 8 meters with a depth of 1.50 meters, is covered with PVC, and features 5 submerged steps for easy access along with a chlorine purification system. The pool is non-heated. The surrounding solarium, finished in travertine and lawn, is furnished with sun loungers, tables, sofas, armchairs, gazebos, and umbrellas.
