A refundable security deposit of 300,00 euros is required upon arrival and will be returned before departure, less any charge in case of damage. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 9:30. The property consists of 10 units that can be rented out in one go for private ownership.
The living capacity for the entire property is 48 persons; in the garden there is a very large covered outdoor space where people can eat together.
There is also a communal indoor space with a fireplace, sofas, armchairs and a large table and chairs for eating together, but no communal kitchen.
An outdoor Jacuzzi is available on request and for a fee.
