The property is available from April 1st to October 31st. Two service options are available to enhance your experience: Option 1 includes concierge service for all your requests along with bed linen and towel change on Wednesday, while Option 2 provides daily breakfast delivery with a housekeeper who will make up the beds and clean the kitchen each morning during a 3-hour service period. External chefs are not permitted at the estate, though you may arrange for a private chef or cooking classes through the property upon request. Social events accommodating more than 22 guests can be organized through the property's partners following management approval. You are required to provide a complete rooming list 1 week before your arrival. A pre-authorization is requested upon arrival for potential damages. The private garden is made of the characteristic Mediterranean vegetation full of olive threes, please note that the property is surrounded by high hedgerows in order to give guest full of privacy spearing the villa from the other properties of the Estate. The garden is divided into different terraces offering some amazing view of the Chianti with the hills and wineries. There is a private infinity swimming pool of 6x18 mt equipped with elegant sunlounges facing the valley. In front of the building there is a paved are equipped with garden furniture and table with chair where to organize al fresco meal.
The building is a modern style house developing in two floors, the main entrance leads to the large living room equipped with elegant sofas, a large dining room with table for 14, a billiard room, and a fully equipped kitchen with all amenities needed seven burns stove, double electric oven, fridge with ice maker, dishwasher, kitchen faces the outside equipped patio. Villa del Fattore is located on top of an hill overlooking the valley and offers beautiful views of the wineries which are all around the properties, please note that every property of the estate has its own private outside area and thanks to the high hedgerows, that divide the outdoor spaces of the villas, while windows and gates are perfectly positioned, in order to avoid any kind of privacy limitation. In the garden of Villa del Fattore guest can enjoy a covered patio with an external kitchen in order to organize al fresco meals, there is also a new built swimming pool of 4x8 mt. equipped with sun lunges and umbrellas which is at the exclusive use of the guest.
The villa was recently restored maintaining the original characteristics external Tuscan walls while interiorly has all modern style furnishing in order to offer the most comfortable stay to its guests, the main entrance leads to a large open space with living and dining area equipped with sofas, flat screen tv and dining table, a fully equipped kitchen with all amenities needed, there are large windows with wonderful views, on same floor there is a guest bathroom as well. The main entrance leads to a living area equipped with sofas, arm chairs, flat screen TV, fire place; generous dining room and professional kitchen will all amenities needed; on ground floor there are also the first five double bedrooms each with its own bathroom with shower, all bedrooms in this floor have direct access to the outside equipped areas.
