Large areas of lawn, ideal for children's play and leisurely relaxation, are complemented by brightly coloured flowering bushes, numerous olive trees, and tall shady trees that provide natural shelter from the summer sun. The impressive stone portico at the entrance to the house serves as a wonderful outdoor living space, furnished with a table, chairs, and a barbecue, making it the perfect setting for al fresco dining. Adjacent to the portico, a large terraced panoramic area offers an ideal spot for unwinding while taking in the sweeping views of the surrounding countryside. The non-heated swimming pool is situated in the most secluded corner of the property, set on a lower terrace approximately 15 metres from the house and reached by crossing the garden and descending a short flight of steps. The rectangular pool measures 4 by 8 metres with a constant depth of 1.50 metres, and features a PVC lining with a stone edge, submerged steps for easy water access, chlorine purification, and internal lighting that also illuminates the surrounding area. A cold-water shower, an umbrella, small tables, and comfortable sunbeds complete this inviting poolside setting. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October. Please note that photographs of the property were taken in spring, so the appearance of the garden, including the flowering plants and lawn colours, may differ at the time of your arrival.

The apartments La Selva 1, 2, 3, 4 e 5 are approx. 50 m from the swimming-pool away, La Selva 6 approx. 100 m away. All of the 6 apartments are furnished in rustic and cozy style.
The estate provides an ideal terrain for beautiful walks among vineyards and olive trees.
The owners run a nice restaurant on the premises where it is possible to taste excellent local recipes (the restaurant is open every night from June to September included, over the weekend during the months of April, May and October - for the rest of the year the restaurant is available upon request) .
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road.

The garden, covering approximately 500 square metres, is a harmonious blend of paved terraces, grassy lawns, and natural plantings including aromatic herbs, flowers, and olive trees. At the back of the property, a forest of cypresses and oaks forms a natural boundary with the surrounding village, providing a sense of seclusion and tranquillity. In front of the villa, a welcoming outdoor area is furnished with a table, chairs, and a built-in barbecue, making it an ideal setting for al fresco dining and relaxed gatherings. A laundry room is conveniently located within the garden area. The non-heated swimming pool, positioned just a few metres from the tower, is rectangular in shape and measures 10 x 4 metres with a constant depth of 1.00 metre. It features a heavenly resin finish, chlorine purification, internal LED lighting, access via a Roman staircase, a hydromassage corner, and two small terracotta cherubs with water features at one end. The paved solarium surrounding the pool is furnished with sun loungers, offering a perfect spot to relax and take in the panoramic views. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. The property can sleep up to 71 guests comfortably. Conveniently located in the centre of Latereto, Italy in the tourist area "Arezzo And Surroundings" and only 22 km (14 mi) from Arezzo.
IMPORTANT: Please note that, for liability reasons, upon entering the property, minors must be accompanied by their parents or by a person who manages their guardianship, which will be held responsible for any damage caused to property and / or persons during their stay.
In case a group books the full property, a communal dining area is available on request (to be paid extra), for lunches and dinners.
Please note that the relative kitchen can be used only by the property's cook.
