In front of the house, extensive olive groves invite leisurely strolls, while at the back of the property the outdoor living areas unfold into a generous stone-paved space with a gazebo set up for outdoor dining, forming a single open environment together with the veranda and the pool. A large, well-kept lawn bordered by low hedges completes this rear outdoor area. Adjacent to the dining area, a brick structure houses the barbecue, while the wood stove is located on the veranda. Next to the main entrance, a stone portico has been arranged as a comfortable lounge area furnished with sofas, armchairs, and tables, offering a shaded retreat at any time of day. The first floor is dedicated entirely to the sleeping area and comprises 3 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms.
