The property is located in the Compignano Estate. The Estate includes two other residences sharing a 6mx12m swimming pool and a large garden full of olive groves and fruit trees.
Please note also that the downhill road leading to the house is not suitable for very nervous drivers.

Holiday rental Casa Di Renzo is a beautiful stone building (90 sq m) that includes WiFi internet and private pool. The property can sleep up to five guests comfortably in two bedrooms with one bathroom. Casa Di Renzo is located in the centre of Lanciole, Italy and only 48 km (30 mi) from Lucca in the tourist area "Montecatini".
The ground floor of the property is used from time to time by the owners (access from the side of the house) without using the garden and swimming pool area, to respect your privacy.
