Four nice apartments in a farmhouse situated on a large farming estate (30 hectares) with woods, vineyards, horses and “cinta-senese” breeding (kind of pig typical of the area around Siena). This property, offering a total of 4 units, is in quiet and panoramic location and enjoys extensive views over the surrounding landscape. All of the apartments are simply but nicely furnished, in a typical Tuscan style.
The access to the property is via an unpaved road of 2,3 km.

Two porticoes provide outdoor living and dining areas, one equipped with a gas barbecue and connected to the kitchen; there is also a gym area shaded by a gazebo.. Access via a 600 m dirt road (in good condition) leading to an automatic driveway gate with a pedestrian entrance; gravel parking area with two covered and two uncovered spaces, located between the villa and swimming pool. A large barbecue is available for your use, inviting you to prepare flavorful grills accompanied by a glass of the estate's own Nobile di Montepulciano. The water has a light and pleasant salty taste. The rectangular pool is equipped with Roman steps for easy water access, underwater lighting, and a cold-water shower. The surrounding solarium area is paved with travertine and furnished with sunbeds, deckchairs, umbrellas, and small tables.
