First with its Etruscan and then Roman reminiscences, the town enjoyed considerable prosperity during the medieval period and from 1411 followed the glorious fortunes of the Granducato di Toscana. Its cobbled alleys that wind their way up the hill, the ancient buildings, squares and churches, will make you fall in love with this small and industrious centre of the Valdichiana of Arezzo area, a memory you will always carry in your heart in the years to come, we are sure!

Podere Marcigliano consists of 2 newly built villas, which nevertheless reflect the architectural characteristics of the farmhouses of the past. The pool is lined in PVC with chlorine purification, and its border is finished in elegant sandstone. Surrounding the pool is a beautifully maintained lawn that serves as the solarium area, furnished with sunbeds, deckchairs, chairs, and 2 large umbrellas to ensure comfort during sunny days.
